This project uses data from NYC OpenData to help residents and tourists easily find and explore museums across all five boroughs.

I’ve noticed NYC’s major museums often dominate the spotlight, numerous smaller museums across the city remain lesser-known.

•  Major museums receive most of the public and media attention, leaving smaller museums less recognized.

•  Museums are dispersed citywide throughout all five boroughs, making visitors hard to navigate.

•  A unified experience is essential for equal visibility and access.
