In the summer of 2024, I interned with NJ TRANSIT's GIS, Signage & Transit Arts department, where I focused on improving the customer experience and redesigning their internal Arts website. My role involved developing service design across both physical and digital platforms, with an emphasis on comprehensive information architecture. Additionally, I led the visual identity for the public art installation directory, collaborating with the NJ State Council on capital art projects.
